Story generation may send prompts and context to third-party AI or cloud providers only as needed to operate the Service. Do not submit passwords, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data in prompts or feedback.
5. Retention and sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers under contract, when required by law, or to protect users and the Service. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
6. Children
The Service is intended for adults. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s consent.

Where applicable, you may request access or correction of account data, stop using the Service, or clear local storage. If you disagree with this policy, do not use StoryWeave.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes in the product. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
These Terms are between you and QUANTUM INNOVATION TECH LIMITED for use of StoryWeave. By clicking “Agree and continue,” you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
StoryWeave provides AI-assisted interactive fiction creation, reading, and related features. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. Generated content is fictional and not factual advice.
2. Content ownership
Unless we state otherwise in writing, all AI-generated story content produced through StoryWeave (text, titles, options, summaries, and derivatives) is owned by StoryWeave / QUANTUM INNOVATION TECH LIMITED. You may not commercially republish, resell, or scrape and redistribute generated content without permission. You retain rights to your own original inputs; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use inputs to operate and improve the Service.
3. Coins and fair use
Some actions consume in-app coins. Prices and packs are shown in the product and may change. Spent generation credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Do not automate abuse, bypass limits, or circumvent billing.

We rely on third-party models and infrastructure. Outages or policy filters may affect availability or output. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service but are not liable beyond applicable law for third-party failures.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
